When you use the WP AI Blogger plugin, certain data is transmitted from your WordPress website to our servers only when you initiate an action inside the plugin, such as generating content or checking license or token usage.
What data is sent
Depending on the feature used, the plugin may send the following data to our API:

- Content generation settings selected within the plugin
- Site metadata such as site title and site description (used only to improve content relevance)

Google API Data Usage & Limited Use Compliance
If you choose to connect the WP AI Blogger plugin to your Google Account via our Google Search Console and Google Site Verification integrations, the plugin will access specific data from your Google Account using Google APIs.
- What We Access: We access the Google Search Console API to retrieve search performance metrics (including search queries, impressions, clicks, and average positioning) for your verified properties. We also access the Google Site Verification API to request, inject, and verify ownership tokens for your WordPress domain.
- How We Use It: This data is processed strictly within your local WordPress installation to provide search analytics dashboards, suggest AI content generation campaigns based on high-performing keywords, and automate the initial setup and verification of your website property in Google Search Console.
- Data Storage & Transfer: Your Google API credentials (tokens) and search data are securely stored locally within your WordPress database. Our central server (
wpaiblogger.com) acts solely as a secure authentication proxy during the initial OAuth handshake. We do not store, log, track, or aggregate your search console data or refresh tokens on our central servers. - Limited Use Policy: WP AI Blogger’s use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We do not sell your Google API data, nor do we use it for serving advertisements, profiling, or retargeting.

What Personal Information We Collect

- When a debug or setting check is needed, we ask for access to the site or even a full copy of the site.
- We use that access/duplicates strictly for debugging.

Purchase
If you purchase products or services from us, our payment gateway provider may also require your credit card details and billing information to process your transaction. These credit card details are not stored in any form by us or on any internal or external databases that are accessible to us.

License Keys
To validate the purchase and to unlock benefits such as automatic updates, support from our developers and extra resources for the product offered, a license key is required. While activating the license key, we receive your website URL, name and email address. Also we keep records of all website URLs where the license key is activated.

- Payment & License Management: When you purchase a subscription, your payment details, billing information, and license activation data are securely processed and managed by our eCommerce partners: SureCart, Stripe, and PayPal.
- Infrastructure & Communication: To deliver system notifications, license keys, and support updates, we utilize Amazon SES for email delivery.
- Website Analytics & Marketing: For visitors interacting with our main website (wpaiblogger.com), we utilize Google Analytics, Google Ads, and Facebook to understand site traffic, improve user experience, and deliver relevant promotional offers.
