This document outlines the Terms of Service (“Terms”) governing the use of the “WP AI Blogger Server” WordPress plugin (“the Plugin”). These Terms constitute a binding agreement between you (the internal administrator or developer authorizing the Plugin) and WP Solvex. By using the Plugin, you agree to these Terms.
- Purpose and Scope of Service
The Plugin is an internal-use tool designed exclusively for our development and content teams. It integrates with Google’s Generative AI and Cloud Platform services to facilitate advanced content generation, AI model management (including tuning), and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) for internal purposes. This Plugin is not intended for public distribution or use by external end-users. - Access and Authorization
- Internal Access Only: Access to and use of the Plugin is restricted to authorised internal administrators and developers of WP Solvex.
- Google Account Authorization: To operate, the Plugin requires authorization via a Google account. By authorizing, you grant the Plugin permission to access specific Google APIs as outlined in the Privacy Policy, solely for the Plugin’s stated internal functionalities. You acknowledge that API usage will be linked to your Google Cloud Project for internal monitoring and billing.
- Responsibility for Google Account: You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Google account credentials used for Plugin authorization.
- Acceptable Use
You agree to use the Plugin only for its intended internal purposes, in compliance with these Terms, all applicable laws and regulations, and Google’s Terms of Service for the APIs being utilized. You agree not to:- Use the Plugin for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose.
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Plugin or its associated systems.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any system or data not intended for your use.
- Use the Plugin to generate content that is unlawful, harmful, defamatory, or violates any third-party rights.
- Bypass any security or access control measures of the Plugin or associated Google services.
- Intellectual Property
- Plugin Ownership: The Plugin, its features, and associated software are the exclusive property of WP Solvex.
- Content Generated: Content generated by the Plugin using Google’s AI models is subject to applicable intellectual property rights and usage policies related to Google’s Generative AI services.
- Disclaimers
The Plugin is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. WP Solvex does not warrant that the Plugin will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure. - Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, WP Solvex shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, arising from your use of the Plugin. - Termination
WP Solvex reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Plugin at its sole discretion, at any time and without notice, including for any breach of these Terms. - Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Maharashtra, India], without regard to its conflict of law principles. - Changes to Terms
